Produced from 25-year Gringolino vines in a coppery pink rose style, this wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to amplify its fresh berry, blood orange, and floral notes, underscored by mouthwatering saline minerality. Try it with: Baja style fish tacos, naturally - or really, any tacos! From 25-year-old organically farmed, own-rooted vines. Vinified via direct press, fermented and aged in stainless steel. The result is a lovely dry rose with scents of strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, and rose, with a mouthwatering, mineral-flecked finish.
