The overall style of this rosé is to keep the ripe flavor of the Syrah grapes alive and allow for the natural aromas and flavors to come forward. One third of Syrah was de-stemmed, crushed and cold soaked for 5 days to give it the beautiful glowing pink color and a deep red-wine-like mouth feel with light tannins along with flavors of peaches and luscious ripe strawberries.
