Shipping Policy
We offer FREE ground shipping on any 6 or more bottles. When a customer buys more than 12 bottles of wine, anything over 12 bottles must be purchased in increments of three. Like 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, and so on.
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from OrganicWines.com to the purchaser in the state of California to his / her home state. Purchaser acknowledges that he /she is buying the wines in California, subject to California laws and regulations. By arranging for transportation of wine, OrganicWines.com is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from OrganicWines.com, purchaser is representing that he / she is acting in a fashion compliant with his / her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he / she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. And once again authorizes that he / she is 21 years of age.
There is no Express Service to Texas, Illinois and New Jersey. Shipments to Texas, Illinois and New Jersey are done once a week and it will usually take at least two weeks to arrive.
Someone age 21 or older must be home to sign for the delivery. If you
are not home, the delivery carrier will make three (3) delivery
attempts. If you’re not going to be home, we ask that you ship the
wines to a place of business for faster delivery.
We use UPS, FedEx and other national and regional delivery companies
By law, alcohol cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We prefer shipping to a business address to make sure someone over
the age of 21 is there to receive it.
Depending on where the order is being shipped to and the shipping
option that’s available, it will take as few as 2 days and as long
as two weeks, in the case of New Jersey, Texas and Illinois.
OrganicWines.com ships year round, though we do not ship on major
holidays and on weekends. Additionally, in the event of extreme
weather conditions (i.e. heat and/or cold), OrganicWines.com reserves the right to delay the
release of shipments in order to maintain the high quality of wines
at the time of arrival.
Please call us or email us and we’ll get you a replacement. If
there is evident carrier damage, you can let us know upon delivery.
