This is a Solera-style skin contact orange wine made with organically grown Chardonnay grapes from Massa Estatein vineyards in Carmel Valley. The grapes were destemmed and natively fermented in small open top tanks. Pressing in basket press took place once the fermentations wrapped up and the wine was racked to neutral French oak to age.
